An award winning Magic Circle Law Firm is looking to hire a new PA/ Administration Assistant to join their Partners' Affairs & Tax team to help ensure that all payments to partners and tax authorities, and all tax filings are made on a timely and accurate basis.  This role is to support the Associate Director, the Head of the group and three managers in providing full secretarial and administrative support.  Responsibilities will include being the first point of contact in the department for incoming telephone enquiries from partners and external advisers, coordination of travel bookings, expense claims, diary management for the team, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, audio and copy typing, preparing confidential letters, assisting with the provision of information to overseas offices for the preparation of global tax return filings, managing data collection processes from the partners worldwide in relation to their personal tax and partnership affairs including ail merge work, distribution of tax questionnaires and collation of responses.  Other duties include managing the virtual filing system for the department, maintenance of departmental databases including partners' contacts, management of partners' disbursement accounts and associates transactions, involvement in the annual capital raising process including preparation and issue of documentations to partners, assisting with EU Savings Directive on an annual basis.  Candidates must be enthusiastic and have an interest in Finance/Tax, strong IT Skills on all Microsoft Office Packages and strong communication and organisational skills.  Standard hours are 9.30am - 5.30pm and stunning offices are in the City
