this is a duel role for an experienced Legal secretary working within both company commercial and PI departments with a leading top law firm based in Richmond.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a Legal secretarial role previously and be able to support both solicitors and fee earners, a willingness to work as part of a pro-active team an individual that has exceptional legal skills understanding of legal terminology with fast accurate typing.

Ideal candidates will also have good numerical skills, be able to work directly with clients when appropriate, have exceptional communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative. As a logical, organised and thorough person with excellent attention to detail, you will ensure an accurate and speedy turnaround of work, responding promptly to clients and colleagues. You will be the first line of enquiry for new and existing clients and will be able to confidently explain the firms services and encourage them to instruct us if appropriate.
