Calling all experienced Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistants/ Administrators for a PRESTIGIOUS BLUE CHIP COMPANY based at their NORMANTON site.

We have an exciting, unique and fulfilling opportunity to join a leading global distribution company. The role is based in their Normanton depot and is a fantastic chance to grow within an innovative and hard working team.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.30 to 16.30 every week. These hours are ideal for a hotel receptionist looking to do great Monday to Friday hours!!!

Skills and experience required:

The main focus of the role:
* Receptionist experience, handling calls regarding deliveries and orders
* Process and rearrange supplies and deliveries
* Switchboard experience
* Fluent English speaker
* Good communication skills
* Good computer skills
* Positive telephone manner
* Strong work ethic
* Obtain and scan all relevant documents on to the in house system
* Ensuring that processes are completed within pre-arranged deadlines

Skills and experience required:
* Basic numeracy skills
* Fluent English speaker
* Good communication skills
* Good computer skills (full systems training will be provided)
* Positive telephone manner
* Strong work ethic
* SAP knowledge (desirable)

Candidates must be able to provide references demonstrating a solid work history.
