Genesis owns or manages around 33,000 homes across London, the South East and East of England with a market value of £7.27bn (£5.1bn in London). As a major housing provider, delivering new homes is a major part of our strategy as we attempt to tackle the current shortage of affordable housing. Our plans are to build nearly 10,000 houses and flats over the next ten years. As we build, our sales program will also increase, from 500 homes per year to 1,000 homes per year within three years.

To achieve these plans, we have re-engineered our Assets and Investment team to create a more dynamic and commercial model. A crucial part of this new model will be the Head of Sales and Marketing.

The role reports into the Commercial Director and takes operational and strategic responsibility for the Marketing and Sales of all new homes built by Genesis. The role is highly commercially focused, and some of the key objectives include; developing growth strategies, achieving sales & lettings targets, maximising revenues, and minimising void periods. The overall goal is to generate revenue growth from your teams while continuing to provide outstanding customer service.
Strong applicants will have a background of commercial success within the property sector, delivering both high volume sales and lettings programmes. You will also be experienced at developing marketing and communication strategies while driving efficiency and profitability.
