Genesis owns or manages around 33,000 homes across London, the South East and East of England with a market value of £7.27bn (£5.1bn in London). As a major housing provider, delivering new homes is a major part of our strategy as we attempt to tackle the current shortage of affordable housing. Our plans are to build nearly 10,000 houses and flats over the next ten years. As we build, our sales program will also increase, from 500 homes per year to 1,000 homes per year within three years.

To achieve these plans, we have re-engineered our Assets and Investment team to create a more dynamic and commercial model. An important part of this new model will be the Senior Sales Strategy Manager.

This role has two main objectives. The first is to give marketing intelligence that insures our development teams develop products that meet the needs of our target markets. The second is to manage and monitor customer experience and develop the customer service strategies across the whole commercial team.

Strong applicants would have a background of providing analysis and devising strategies that support high performing sales team, preferably within property sales. You would also be able to show how you have previously created processes that have led to higher levels of customer satisfaction. In addition we would like to see how you could support and review proposals for new developments and their design.
